To better address the growing global demand for digital transformation, Axon Ivy sought a partner with extensive reach and scale. After a thorough search and evaluation, Axon Ivy chose to become part of the Ricoh Group, a global leader in business process transformation and information management technology.

Axon Ivy will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of the Ricoh Group, retaining its staff, brand, products, and partners. Customers and partners will benefit from increased investments in Axon Ivy's technology, delivery capabilities, and market development.
