Process Discovery: Know and understand all the details of your processes! Together with you, we identify and examine each step and create process variants if necessary. The best basis for further action.
Process Portfolio Analysis (PPA): The analysis provides a comprehensive overview of all processes and identifies exactly those processes that are best suited for automation. You also receive a rough target concept as well as a return-on-investment (ROI) calculation.
