We are tested and certified
The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most widespread national and international standard in quality management (QM). In this year's monitoring audit, AXON Ivy was again put to the acid test in terms of quality management.
The main goal we are pursuing with this certification is to optimize company processes and provide innovative products and services with a clear customer focus. For this reason, we have set ourselves the requirements of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015. Due to our internal certified processes, audits and used QM systems we are able to manage and support our projects in an optimal way. "With the successful audit we can prove that we not only talk about high quality standards, but that we actually offer these to our clients on a permanent and sustainable basis." says Rolf Stephan, COO of AXON Ivy AG.
In this year's certification, the auditor praised the fact that AXON Ivy has the best digitally accomplished quality documentation ever seen. As a result, the certificate was extended by three years and is therefore valid until the end of March 2023.
In short: DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 guarantees our customers a comprehensive quality management system with clear objectives and guidelines to achieve an optimal result in projects and customer satisfaction. Our customers and partners benefit from this and thus rely on products and services of AXON Ivy AG in the long term.
